Acer introduced F7 Series large venue projector. These new projectors are aimed at the professional market, with particular emphasis on large venues and installations. Acer has announced three projectors: the F7200, F7500 and F7600, that designed for professional installations.
This new F7 series projectors have 5 interchangeable lenses for a variety of throw ratios, that is giving professional installers the flexibility needed for projector deployment in various environments: Short throw: 0.8-5.0 meters, Semi-short throw: 1.0-9.0 meters, Standard throw: 1.5-7.0 meters, Long throw: 2.0-20.0 meters and Super-long throw: 3.0-20.0 meters respectively. This is good for buyers and users at large venues, as it provides them the flexibility to choose a lens that is best fit for their requirements, without changing out the projector itself.
The lens of the F7 series is positioned at the center of the chassis for intuitive positioning, while vertical and horizontal lens shift allows shifting of the image in its original format and size without distortion.
The F7 series features a high brightness rated up to 6,000 lumens, This can translates into vibrant colors, realistic skin tones and crisp detail, even in venues with large amounts of natural light and 360-degree installation flexibility, the projectors can be rotated 360-degrees to give installers flexible and creative options for image projection, according to the company. The new models promise superb flexibility.
The new F7 series projectors are available in 3 display resolutions to fit required applications, which are; XGA (F7200), 1080p (F7500) and WUXGA (F7600), and added they support industry-standard input options like, RGBHV (5-BNC), Display Port, HDMI, and DVI-D.
